There are many ways you can help out – from caring, to transport and everything in between.
To volunteer in any capacity, you must complete the Orientation course and be a member of ACT Wildlife.
The Orientation course provides information on the background to ACT Wildlife and explains our role in the rescue, rehabilitation and release of injured, sick and orphaned wildlife in the ACT.
The course also covers all the ways you can volunteer and provides the opportunity to register your interest.
You can also donate without becoming a member. It’s expensive to feed, house and medicate the animals in our care and donations are gratefully received. We accept tax deductible donations of $2 and over.
